About Us

Northern Virginia's Workforce Investment System is an integrated network made up of many groups-businesses, current and future employees, organized labor, education and training institutions, community support organizations, and public employment services who are dedicated to making our community stronger. The network is collaborating to anticipate and prepare for significant workforce trends and realities.

The NVWIB provides oversight to the counties of Fairfax, Loudoun and Prince William, as well as the cities of Falls Church, Fairfax, Manassas and Manassas Park.
